With more than 35 years of customer service experience and a strong track record in the insurance industry, Jeff has earned recognition as one of Farmers' top-performing agents for three consecutive years. He specializes in commercial insurance, personal lines, and life insurance, helping individuals, families, and business owners protect what matters most with confidence and peace of mind. Jeff is known for making insurance simple and understandable, taking the time to build relationships and provide solutions tailored to each client's needs. His approachable style, industry expertise, and commitment to exceptional service have made him a trusted advisor to those he serves. When he's not helping clients, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family as a proud husband, father, and “Pops.” The same care, dedication, and commitment he brings to his family are at the heart of how he serves every client.

With 27 years of experience in the insurance industry and more than 35 years dedicated to exceptional customer service, Elizabeth brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and leadership to every client interaction. She has a gift for simplifying complex insurance concepts, helping individuals and families make confident decisions about protecting what matters most. Known for her warm, approachable style and commitment to outstanding service, Elizabeth believes that building lasting relationships starts with listening and understanding each client's unique needs. Her leadership is grounded in integrity, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others succeed. Outside the office, Elizabeth is a proud wife, mother, and “MiMi.” The values that guide her family life—care, trust, and dedication—are the same values she brings to her team and the clients she serves every day.

Customer Account Manager
With more than 15 years of customer service experience and a background as an Airborne soldier, where she packed parachutes and supported mission readiness, she understands the importance of preparation, protection, and peace of mind. Today, she brings that same dedication to helping clients navigate their insurance needs with confidence. Known for her approachable personality and ability to make insurance easy to understand, she enjoys helping individuals and families find the right coverage to protect what matters most. Her goal is to empower clients with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions about their future. Outside of work, she enjoys life with her husband, two sons, and four dogs as the only girl in a busy household. The same care, commitment, and sense of responsibility she brings to her family are reflected in the service she provides to every client.

JP has a passion for helping people design their wealth building strategies. He believes that his purpose is to be a positive blessing by improving the lives of others while strengthening their financial futures. JP started a Farmers Insurance Agency in 2002 that became a community pillar, and he was honored to receive the highest award bestowed on a Farmers Agent, The President’s Council Award. After 22 years as a successful Agency Owner, JP decided to change career paths so that he could focus entirely in the area where he has the greatest passion, Financial Services. Outside of his career JP loves spending time with his family, volunteering for non-profits as well as his church, hunting, fishing, playing golf, or simply just spending time in nature. He is a hard-working researcher with a passion to serve.
Bandit
Pawsitive Engagement Manager
Bandit is our Golden Retriever and full‑time Pawsitive Engagement Manager — a role he takes almost as seriously as snack time. His daily responsibilities include greeting every human like they’re a long‑lost best friend, supervising lunch breaks for quality control, and offering mandatory stress‑relief cuddles. Bandit’s professional strengths include tail‑wagging at record speeds, strategic napping, and interrupting meetings at exactly the right moment. When he’s off duty, he enjoys belly rubs, playing with his squeaky ball, and being the center of attention.
